Reasons why you might be stopped while taking pictures
- One thing that may stop you
from taking photograph is when there are children about; this may stop you
from taking pictures as it’s a very grey area in which you don't know how
people will react or what they will do.
- Another thing that may stop
you from taking photograph in public is a telephoto lens as you can take
photos of people without their knowledge so it’s not permitted; you are
only allowed to use a telephoto in an open area.
- While taking pictures in
public areas you need to be careful of what you take as if you take
pictures of logos and brands you may represent them in the wrong way
therefore breaking the copyright law.
Legal and Ethical
You need to be careful of how you represent people
or things as if you represent them in a way that they don't like they
could sue you/ or you could be breaking the copyright law.
- People
- Children
- Parents
- Cultures
- Religion
- Companies/brands and
logos
- Ethnicity
- Disabilities
Defamatory- if you represent someone/thing in a way that is not true by
accident.
